Description

A set of 12 soft assorted grey square pastels Mungyo Soft Grey Pastels are the perfect addition to any Pastel Set. Made from the finest materials they are fade resistant. Utilise the Mungyo Soft Grey Pastels to create specific drawing tasks that require a range of tonal values. Mungyo Soft Pastels also come in coloured sets of 12, 24 and 48.

You use soft pastels by layering them on textured paper and blending the colours with your fingers. Use a combination of tools like paper stumps, or even liquids like water or rubbing alcohol. Start with light pressure and lighter colours, using the side of the pastel for broad strokes. Increase diversity of technique by using the tip of the stick for details, then build up layers and blend to create the desired effect.
