Description

The Mungyo Gallery Artist Drawing Pastels are firmer than soft pastels but are still highly blend able in their application. Gallery Artist pastels are similar to compressed pastels such as conte. The square shape and linear nature of Mungyo Pastels make them ideal to use for detail work. The Mungyo Gallery Artist Pastels are available in sets of 12 & 24 assorted colours and two sets of 6, a set of assorted blacks with one white and brown and a set of 6 assorted earth tones.

• Sketching and drawing: The semi-hard and conté stick versions are ideal for preliminary sketches and detailed drawings, providing a firmer feel than soft pastels.
• Blending and shading: Both soft and oil pastels can be easily blended to create smooth transitions and rich shadows.
• Expressive artwork: The vibrant, soft pastels are great for creating bold, high-contrast pieces.
• Specific subjects: The pastels are suitable for a wide range of subjects, such as landscapes, portraits, and life drawing.
