Description

The MiScreen Digital Screen Frame is a strong construction from ABS Polystyrene and includes registration holes and is ideal for general usage and schools. Tape is for use with Mi Screen Digital Mesh to mount onto frames. The Tape is Solvent free and environmentally friendly with maximum grab. Also available the MiScreen Digital Mesh.

The frame holds the thermal screen mesh taut during the digital burning process and acts as a carrier to pass the screen through the machine.

The roles of the frame and the tape are detailed below:

The MiScreen Digital Screen Frame:

• Securing the Mesh: It provides the structure needed to stretch the screen’s master material tight.
• Machine Alignment: Specific guides, arrows, and registration holes align with the machine’s sensors to ensure the digital image burns in the exact correct spot.
• Printing Mount: Expose the image in the MiScreen. Use the same frame as your printing screen to hold the mesh flat against your fabric or paper. Apply ink with a squeegee and process through.

The Tape

The tape used is a high-adhesion, double-sided frame mounting tape.

• Attaching the Mesh: Apply the tape along the inner edges of the frame stretching the master material taut without tearing.
• Easy Replacement: Peel off used screens and quickly stick a new mesh onto the reusable frame
