Essdee Scraperboard is a fine quality scraperboard heavily coated with China Clay, giving a smooth surface which is then over printed with black ink. Scraperboard offers an artistic medium that is clear and precise. Used by illustrators and professional artists, the super smooth surface allows for work in extremely fine detail. Makes the most mundane subjects sparkle.

Create detailed, high-contrast illustrations and engravings referred to as scratch-art. A rigid board is topped with a white china clay coating, then covered with a black layer of Indian ink. Use with Essdee Scraper Cutter Tools.
