Cos-Tools Channel Rail is an 800mm aluminium rail with rubberised strips to securely hold it in place. Scaled measurements on one side with a raised edge on the other allowing some Cos-Tools to hook-on for use. Use the Cos-Tools Channel Rail with Cos-Tools Straight Cutter and V Groove Tool.

• Making straight cuts: The most important function of the Channel Rail is to act as a guide for a cutting tool, such as a foam board cutter. The tool’s design allows it to hook onto the raised edge of the channel, preventing it from drifting and ensuring a straight cut.
• Cutting to a specific length: The ruler has measurements marked on one side, allowing you to position the rail and your tool for precise cuts of a desired length.
