Canson Montval Watercolour Paper Smooth is a Hot Press art student grade watercolour paper with natural white appearance. Provides excellent colour stability, gives excellent colour representation. • Sketching: Start with a light pencil sketch. The paper is durable enough to allow for corrections or adjustments during this stage.
• Painting: Apply your desired wet media (watercolor, gouache, or acrylic) using your preferred techniques. This paper can handle multiple layers and washes.
• Corrections: The paper is forgiving. If you need to correct a mistake, gently use a damp brush or sponge to lift the color, making corrections easy and clean.
• Blending: Hold your brush loosely and glide it over the paper to blend colours smoothly.
