Description

Artisan Linseed Oil is an additive which alters or enhances the characteristics of Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colours. The various mediums are used to change the rate of drying, increase gloss, improve flow and provide texture to the paint.

This oil reduces the consistency and improves flow of Artisan oil colours. It also increases gloss and transparency. Slows drying. Can be cleaned up with water. Use when painting in layers to maintain the “fat over lean” rule.
