Rough watercolour paper is used for expressive and textured paintings.  Its heavy texture enhances effects like granulation and works well with techniques such as wet-in-wet washes or dry brushing. Art Spectrum Rough Watercolour paper is ideal for creating bold, loose, and organic-looking art, such as landscapes or seascapes, rather than detailed, fine-lined work. Often best suited for beginners as it is very forgiving in accepting multiple layers. These Watercolour pads are also available in Smooth and Medium. The pads are available in A5, A4 and A3 with 15 Sheets in each.
